The request was sent to a server that cannot produce a response for this authority.
What causes it
- HTTP/2 connection coalescing: the client reused a connection for a second hostname on the same IP and certificate, and the server disagreed.
- A TLS certificate covering multiple domains behind a server that is not configured for all of them.
How to fix it
- Clients should retry on a fresh connection. On the server, make sure every hostname on a shared certificate is configured as a virtual host.
